Comdlg32.ocx error on driver detective 2

I get the same thing as Henry:
“Component COMDLG32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid”
The install went fine…program opened with the splash screen but brought up the above message. I gather the ocx file is a part of ActiveX controls which I believe are installed properly. Please advise how I can get DD to run for me? If ActiveX has a chance of NOT being installed properly, where do I get it? What might it have been a part of?
