command rc.local for DSS

I am trying to write a link command in rc.local that will
instruct the server to start up Darwin Streaming Server. I
don’t know what such a command line is supposed to
looklike – I just know that it is supposed to start or cause
to run the perl file at this location:

/usr/local/sbin/streamingadminserver.pl
