Comms program -remote access to Solaris

We are providing remote access to a few users through dial-in modem connected to a Solaris 8 server. Our requirement is that these users dial-in and connect to the server in such a way (maybe through an intermediary program) that we can see each andevery command executed by these users in real-time. Are there any such applications/products?
