Communicate with MSN,Yahoo, AOL user – Microsoft office communicator 2005

Hi All…
I am using Microsoft office communicator 2005 for communicating within domain and facing problem to communicate with MSN, Yahoo, AOL users; whenever I add any contact of MSN or any other public IM connectivity, the contact’s presence status is always displayed as “Status Unknown”.
Please help me out.
