I just wanted to get some thoughts from my peers on this.
Recently the CEO and founder of my company decided to sell the company to an investment firm. Recently the new owners have been implementing policies I think will seriously hurt the company in both reputation and financially.
With that said, it is pretty obvious that I want to move elsewhere while I still have a strong track record. However my problem is this:
I have never looked for another job while currently employed at a regular 9 to 5 job. Previously I was either working 2nd or 3rd shift and had plenty of time during the day for interviews.
How would one set up and arrange to be interviewed during the normal work day without tipping your hand to your current employer? Any ideas out there?
