Company possibly hiring a blind person… need some help.

Ok, So I got an e-mail we may be hiring a blind person today and I am wondering how everyone handles their own users with this type of disability? I was thinking of using a Mac for this user because they have some good tools to help. I was also thinking of a program called jaws I saw for Windows. She will be grading tests and giving tests electronically from what I’ve been told. That’s all the information I have. Any feedback on how everyone else is doing this would be greatly appreciated.
