Compaq 5000 Serv 4 process NT one

I am in need of any help with the Server I added 3 Intel Pro 200 Processors the server boots and sees them NT does Not .
This is NT 4.0 running Internet information Server 4.5 and FrontPage 2000 along with extensions.
Server is on line but NT only sees one Processor.
All Service Packs have been installed.
