Compiler for Redhat 7.1

How do I get and install a c compiler in
Redhat 7.1? I’ve tried going through the RPMs
on the CD but all I can find is a backwards
compatible one for Redhat 6.2 and under. When
I try to compile something I get the message
“configure: error: no acceptable cc found in
$PATH”.
