Complex macro

Does anyone know of a macro that would convert a word file to pdf, save the file in a temporary folder, open the file in a new mail browser as an attachment, and delete the file after it had been sent? I have tried the technical Q and A section with no luck. Does anyone know of a site that has complex macros to download?
