COMPREHENSIVE ICT EQUIP. MAINTENANCE PO

I just resumed in a large organisation that is driven by ICT systems and going by the equipment/resources already in place, i am charged with the responsibility of developing a comprehensive equipment/technology maintenance policy/procedures to ensure highest degree of network availability and reliability with zero downtime situations.
