Computer Hangs when printing in LAN

Does anybody know the solution for this? This only happens when the user prints over the tcp/ip network.
I checked the pc thoroughly and found no strange configurations.
I changed network card just to check if it is a pc related error but even i changed to another nic it still hanged.Have any idea?. Even I though of collsion it isn’t. This happens randomly.
