Computer Knowledge Competency Test

I would like to seek for your assistance to help me to develop a series of questionaire to test of my staff’s computer knowledge level.

The area should be covering the ideas of hardware, software (especially Windows based, MS Office Suite).

IfI could have the paper to be developed, then I would which area they are in short and I could take the necessary action to improve them.

Targeted number of employee = 100
