Not too sure what info I should put here, but most of the time I don’t get anything. No beep, a flash of the HD LED and that’s it. Sometimes the power LED goes on as well but it freezes before it does much. I seem to get the power LED on only after it’s been off and unplugged for a while. The CPU fan runs and I can open my CD Tray.
Some dumbass(me) cut the power while the computer was on, which I assume was the cause of the problem but no idea what exactly it would effect. I don’t know if it was working prior to that though, in fact it was the computer freezing while booting from CD that ’caused me to unplug it.
I tried a different Power Supply and changing the RAM too.
Any ideas as to what may be wrong would be considerably appreciated, trying to learn this stuff too so detailed explanations would kick ass but anything is good. Any information needed I can check though in some instances I may not know where to look.
