Computerisation project

My client needs to computerize and I have been asked to do a feasibility study which includes process maps(flowcharts)on the current situation and process maps on the solution, user profiles and capabilities, needs analysis and solutions.My client is using an outdated accounting package and needs to move to a better one. Can someone help with a detailed report similar to what I have been asked to do?
