Configuration DNS and other services

How to configure files below in Linux box, in
case there are two network interface cards
and private IP address are 1) 10.28.3.254;
2) 10.28.4.254. Services: www, ftp, and mail.
The files:
Domain.hosts (The full zone file)
Domain.reverse
Localhost.zone
Named.local
