Configuration of printer

I want to configure Windows printer (GDI mode) on pure DOS platform. I cannot use windows ?MS-DOS? mode for certain reasons.
GDI printer is from Xerox equivalent to PCL5e (In features).
I would like to know step-by-step activities OR any such utility which will manage suck task.
I would really appreciate if any one helps on same.
