Configure a computer to download only to removable storage devices.

Hello again TR Family,

I was tasked yesterday to configure a bank of computers (20) to restrict downloading directly to the HDD but allow them to download to attached removable storage medium/devices (i.e.., flash drives, floppy disks, CD-ROMS, DVD-ROMS, etc..,). I have accomplish this in the past but it has been so long ago that I’ve forgotten how to. Therefore, I am asking the TR community to assist me in this endeavor. As always, I am forever grateful for any and all responses. And, I thank you in advance!
