configure DNS on W2k server w/2 NICs

WE need to get DNS working on a server with a real Static IP and a 10.0.0.x IP on the second NIC. Both nics plug into the same switch. Reason for two nics is that the school site gives out DHCP addresses from two subnets. Win2k GPOs are not applyingover the network so we know we do not have DNS or bindings configured correctly. All clients are Win2k with 10.0.0.x addreses. Legacy logon script runs fine with or without NetBeui installed.

Any ideas?
