configure sendmail for access mail(isp)

i have linux7 in my organisation and our service provider is netkracker. The details for mail is:
SMTP : smtp.netkracker.com
POP3 : pop3.netkracker.com
email address : ccr@netkracker.com
we have 5 employee in my oraganisation and we all receive mail on that very address now i want to use sendmail and fetch the email from isp and distribute to diffrent person. Is there a way to implement this using sendmail.
