configure squid server with two lancard

I installed and configure squid server.right now i am dialing isap with modem.now i installed second lancard eth1.i wants to forward my local network querry for internet on my eth1.i m also trying to use ipchains.can some help me that i forward my all internet’s querry on eth1 and scan all the querry with ipchains when they enter my local network.
