Configure WinNT 4.0 to run diskless Wkst

I’m a new Ntwrk Admn in a LAN running WinNT4. Our Win95 wksts @ present have HDD but my problem is when the HDD crashes. I though of using RemoteBoot but NT can’t install win95 coz of unknown NIC. My NIC is Crystal CS8920PnP. I browsed the NIC driver & found that it doesn’t support RemoteBoot. Is there an updated driver or what will I about this?
