Configuring a Cisco 2500 router

Everytime I set up my 2500 series router all the configuration gets erased, the next time that I log on. I use copy run start and save the entire configuration in Windows everytime I config it. The router stays on all the time also. Does any one have a suggestion on how I can resolve this problem. Is this perhaps a memory issue?
