configuring two internet connections

I have win95, IE5 and Netscape 4.76. I have a Lan connection to the internet and I have a dial up connection to a company’s extranet. Am able to set this up so that when I click on IE I go out to the internet and when I click on Netscape I can go tomy dial up page.(without having to go to internet options every time and select my connection type.) Can the connection be set up to do this automatically?
