I’ve two yrs experience on Helpdesk and one year on site support. But again I got an offer for helpdesk agent which is in IBM. My ex-employer was Intel.
Actually I am more keen to continue with other position which involves more hands on and more technical as this is the area which I need to improve, so should I continue on the helpdesk for a year and go for others later ? I don’t thing I can contribute to helpdesk anymore. Any suggestion out there ?
