Conf.of InternetOpition on the Remot PC.

In My Office, all PC have Win95/Win98 & IE connecting with LAN. I want to control Departmental Web-Site Accessing without my subordinates knowledge. And like to block/restrict different web sites over the different PC as per their needless to accesssiting in my own pc through Remote Access. How can I set Internet Option & Content Adviser of Individual PCs through Remot Access. Pl. describe in detail.
