connect 2 different IP in the same network

I have a problem…How to connect 2 network with different location and different IP class ? for example location A is using 202.x.x.x and location B is using 200.x.x.x… Please advise. coz we are trying to set up a monitoring system for 200.x.x.x from 202.x.x.x. TQ
