Connecting all computers to printer

How do you connect the other laptop computer in my house to the printer? My neighbor has her Laptop connected to the printer in the living room. Her son’s Laptop in his room is not connected to the printer. They are both connected to a hub so they both can use the Internet when they want to. But, he wants to print things himself without having to email them to her to print. So, how do you connect his Laptop to the printer so he can print something when he wants to? I am very familiar with a lot of things to do with computers. But, hooking up with a hub and printer I don’t know. So, detailed information would be very helpful. Thank you.
