Does anyone out there have a good copy of a consulting disclaimer or wavier for CYA. I want to spell out exactly what services a client should expect from me and what their responsibility and that of the vendor is.
I want to make sure that they have a realistic level of expectation for the hardware and software.
I want to provide a taillight guarantee without sounding course about it. Some clients will expect that I’m going to rush out to reboot their PC every time Windows crashes, and that it is my fault, not Mr. Gates’.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.
