Contact Us doesn’t work

I attempted to contact the Builder.com folks via the Contact Us link, which is at the bottom of just about every page, and after filling out the form and submitting it, I get back an email saying that they no longer deliver emails to webmaster@builder.com, which is now where I assume the Contact Us notes go to.

Does anyone know of another way to contact these folks about site problems? The original issue was that my tech newsletters go to my old email address even though I updated my membership with my new email address. Go figure.
