Controlling Users web access

Hello,
I have a big WAN/LAN network that goes out into the internet through our main store. I used to monitor web access by using a packet sniffer, but now that we have a switch, I cannot do that.

The issue is not life or death but I would love to have more control on what people are doing.

Is there software that can help me with this?
