converting Access 2003 database form into a data access page

I have a database that I would like a 5 user department to be able to update. The form has been created and has many drop-down fields. In creating the data access page, all fields convert, but the fields with drop-downs no longer display them.

What am I not doing correctly, or is there an update I can load that will fix this?
