Converting Excel 2007 files to Excel 2003

I’m having some conversion issues with excel 2007. When i go to save a document in Excel 2007, i save it as a “excel 97-2003 workbook” file as our office runs both. I also run a compatibility check, which doesn’t turn up anything.

However, when we open it up in excel 2003 and print it, the dates and labels from the graphs disappear. Does anyone know why that might be or what i can do to convert it properly?
