Converting Goldmine to Maximizer

Primary Objective:
I’m looking for somebody who can convert Goldmine v6.7 notes, email and history items (the subject line, at least) to be displayed in Maximizer Entrepeneur CRM 10.

Can you refer me to a data conversion specialist with experience with converting Goldmine data?
