Copy Novell folders utility

Hi, Has anyone heard of a tool for moving folders from a Novell server to WinAdvsrvr. We have tried but are getting alot of errors soon as we hit our Mac users files. Or is their a utility for migrating files into active directory, we are not concerned with user accounts as we are going re-structure OU’s with the new moved files. Thanks for any help on this, cheers
