Copy Users from the Command Line

I’m looking for a command line utility that mimics the “F8” functionality from the User Manager for Domains.

I’m looking to add users en masse, and although using ADDUSERS.EXE is helpful, it doesn’t copy the extended attributes.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
