Copying with parttime + full time job

Hello all,
I am thinking of setting up a partime (mainly off-business hours and weekend work) tech support and consultation. However, if a client wanting to get some work done during the normal business hour, I don’t know how to go about this because time constrain from normal job.
Anyone is/was in similar situation that would like to give some guidances?
