Coworker abusing Terminal services

I have a co-worker who thinks its funny to use terminal services to shutdown RPC, explorer, iexplorer etc…

Is there a way I can restrict his access to my box? We use terminal services for our job on a daily basis, but I want him to not be able to access my box.

Anyone know of a way I might be able to do this?
