Crappy Honours or Certification?

Hi all, I am currently on my way to completing my 3yr Computing degree. Although I have been offered an option to pursue an additional year for an Honors degree, I am at a dilemma as my projected final grades will most likely result in a 2nd Class Lower. Is it advisable to go for Honors? Or should I graduate and use that year to look for a job while taking CCNA/MCSE? If so, which is more advantageous to have for a fresh grad? I intend to get a Masters eventually. Please advice.
