Create a form letter in Access 2000

I am working on a project in Access 2000, which informs a customer that their payment is pass due.

What I would like to do is the following:

Print form letter with my companies letter head and logo, from the Customer Form which shows the customer who is in default.

The letter would have the customer’s name and address along with my message.
