Create a new partition with Disk Part

Hey,

I need to create a new Partition on a 8gb drive that has XP installed. Can’t seem to manage this through the Disk Manager program so I tried Disk Part with little success.
I’m more used to using Fdisk with is straightforward. So can anyone advise how I do this in disk part or Disk Manager?

Any advice welcomed.
