Creating Dynamic PLaylist in Windows Media Services.

Hi,
I have a directory in which i have some media content.
I want to create a dynamic playlist on the basis of whihcever files the user has created.
And how can i stream the videos of that playlist on the RTSP stream.

Please guide.Urgent..
