Creating E-mail Account In Sendmail

I am new to Unix, so forgive me. I have an OpenBSD box as a mail server(using sendmail). I am looking for instructions on how to create, change and delete e-mail accounts as well as general administration of sendmail.

Can anyone give me a good resource.
