Creating .MSI Package. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

I’m new to creating .MSI packages to be applied via Group Policies. In my search for a utility to create the .MSI package I found Caphyon. I created a .msi for an application called PublicFolders by CodeTwo but I am unable to created a package that would installed the software silently. Meaning I am unable to created a package the will not prompt the user’s for any input. Can anyone assist?
