Creating SMTP Connector in Exchange 2000

I am using Win2k Exchange and I have my own domain for which all users are assigned and recieving/sending mail. I have recently added another website that I want to create a separate email for and have it routed to 3 other persons tor recieve/send off it using the same server and IP address. Can this be done?? and if so a nice detailed description of the process would be helpful
