Criminal’s rights

I t appears that the honeypot issue only further exemplifies the justice’s skirt that hackers can hide under. As an administrator, we monitor traffic in order to further divide high traffic network segments. In an enterprise environment, hackers become part of the traffic, so it would be good to know exactly how much traffic is actually from hackers. Its is like the new DRM law that forbids firewalls, we are letting our networks open to all just because our government is too blind to see that.
