CRM Certification

Does anyone know of web-based or local Washington, DC area CRM certification offerings? We tried a class offered by DCI University (web-based) which wasn’t bad but it dealt more with the commercial, profit-driven eCRM and web touch points than actually dealing with and responding to customers – it did not meet our needs.
