We are a small business of 11 staff and looking for a cost effective CRM package to manage our contacts, and also a file management system where we can check in / check out files to work on and access templates from a central repository. As our staff spend most of their time off site (at a client), we need something that is accessible remotely.
I have used Sharepoint before, but not sure if there is something better out there. Would like to implement myself, but have limited IT knowledge. Any thoughts?
