CRM- Is It really Something New?

CRM – Is it really new thing or we are just defining with the technology as enabler.

We need to strengthen our attitude towards customer and rest will follow.

Technology may keep on changing with times but if attitude is built in, same will survive forever.

And It was true all the time!

An Organization wide realization of this fact can make the fortunes no matter what technology or tools you have.
