Cross Project Issue Tracking Tool

Has anyone know of any issue tracking tools that allows visibility across project? Our team had looked into PVCS, DevTrack and some helpdesk tools but most of them provide signle project visibility at a time. Any good suggestion? Also, would you mind sharing your experience with the tool that you used?
