Crystal 8.5 – report with a graph
I have a customer that is using our application. Within our application the users have the ability to run reports. This customer has one user that when they try to print preview or print a report that has a chart within the report, they get kicked out of the system. No errors? All other users at the customers sight can print preview all reports (regardless of charts or nots).

Has anyone run into this issue before? I’m guessing it’s a permission issue? Or missing .dll? Something related to this one users environment, etc.
